Perhaps instead of ENF and the X number of pictures the pictures could serve additional purposes.
1) Each one collected increases score / completion percentage for the level
2) Each one collected indicates the approximate location of a piece of clothing - one picture could add the objective: collect your panties from {location] (Example location: Male toilets on 2nd floor).
3) Some clothing could have special effects (without the glasses the PC can only see NPC's within a much shorter range; If the PChas there arms bound behind them - ropes / handcuffs - then getting dressed takes longer or may require help from a 'friendly' NPC as examples).
Mechanical specific:
This might be a bit to complx for the time being but if looking to further refine the game later might work.
1) A skirt is enough to cover the character waist if not crawling or An NPC is below the PC.
2) A shirt without a bra is enough to cover the character chest if it is not made transparent from rain
Cosmetic specific:
Differing face expressions depending on how covered the PC is.
1) Fully nude and/or underwear only: as is now - Blushing & nervous.
2) No underwear but otherwise covered: Blushing but calmer looking.
Horribly bugged at the moment. Hitting the "x" key cause your character to fall into the floor and some kind of slow motion? Completely breaks the game and causes you to restart. There is no collision with any door either and there is no animations as far as I can tell. Need alot of work before it can be properly played. Has great potential but at the moment is almost unplayable
It took me a few tries because I'd randomly get ambushed. Sprinting shouldn't count towards a lose condition. Maybe you could add a stamina meter so sprinting still has a consequence.
It's also impossible to tell where footsteps are coming from. More accurately, it's impossible to know if the footsteps are on the same floor as you, or above/below you. This makes the footstep noise almost meaningless in the context of a stealth game. My recommendation would be to mute the footsteps of other students if they're not on the same floor as you.
Also, You should probably fix the x button making the player freak out and clip through the floor. It's probably a debug command, but it should be further away from WASD. I kept accidentally tapping it and having to restart.
A suggestion: Some kind of visual indicator of people who are nearby but offscreen, and another indicator of anything that's increasing your risk. Hopefully when the stealth system is tied more to NPCs seeing you- it would feel appropriate to be able to make a mad dash away from someone, but the sound of you running attracts people. Have you played Assassin's Creed? The NPC-based stealth in those games is really good, perhaps you could get some ideas from it.
Really like the physics system in the game, very nice. The hands-tied overlay makes me wish for an option to play with your hands tied, so you can't pick up any pictures until you manage to untie yourself.
Actually pretty impressed with what there is right now. Controls work well, core stealth system makes sense, menus are easy to navigate. Wish the risk level was tied more to the NPCs, right now you're basically forced to crouch 24/7 even if nobody's anywhere near you.
The one thing I'd like is a way to know how many pictures I have left to find, felt like I was just wandering the school with no idea how close I was to finishing.
Seems very promising so far, for an early version! Since it's a stealth game, getting the player into more situations where they have to plan ahead and / or use cover would be good going forward, and more outfits would be nice .
That said, since this is an alpha, I won't make too many suggestions - here's hoping it'll turn into something cool ^^

I would sooner just provide reasonable suggestions when and where I can for the consideration of a developer.
Appreciate the suggestion and offer through.
Thanks for all the suggestions! Game is definitely headed this way. Will be more posts updates here and on the discord.
Couldn't turn right or left i could walk strafe right or left but no actual turning therefore you couldnt go through the school.
very interesting, when do you will publish the next update? congratulations for the project.
